How to get to the monastery
The closest train station is Feldkirch/Austria, from where it is a five minutes ride by taxi to the monastery. The closest international airport is Zürich/Switzerland. From Zürich airport the monastery can be reached by car in 90 minutes or by direct trains from Zürich to Feldkirch. If you come by car from Germany, take a freeway direction Lindau, then continue direction Feldkirch/Innsbruck. If you come from the east of Austria, take the freeway through Innsbruck and continue direction Feldkirch/Bregenz. From Innsbruck the monastery can be conveniently reached by train or car in less than two hours. If you come by car, here a few directions:

• On the freeway A14 either coming from Innsbruck or Bregenz take the
  exit FRASTANZ
  
• After 400m you reach the local main road, turn to the RIGHT,
  direction FELDKIRCH
  
• After 100m branch off to the LEFT,
  direction FELLENGATTER
  
• Continue 500 m, then take a sharp turn to the LEFT:
  direction Krankenhaus MARIA EBENE
  
• Continue another 300 m, then turn to the RIGHT:
  green road sign GASTHOF MARIA GRÜN
  
• This road will take you to the monastery. Continue through woods and meadows up the hill for about 1 km. When the road begins to take you slightly downhill, you will see a long-streched wood barn. Turn to the right after this barn, you have reached the monastery.
